From the business
In the shop's own words: “Straight Answers, Fair Prices”
We're a family auto shop in Escondido, and we've built our name on telling customers exactly what's wrong with their car, nothing more and nothing less. When a customer came in unsure why her AC had stopped working, we could have sold her a whole new compressor. Instead we tested it, found she only needed new valves, a relay, and a recharge, and got her cool air back for about $200.
That kind of honesty is why so many of our customers are repeat customers, and why so many of them are related. We've had customers bring us four different cars over the years, and we've had sons and daughters start bringing their cars in after watching their parents trust us for years before them.
Whether it's a full brake and front end job or routine maintenance, we work quickly, we keep costs down, and we stand behind the repair.
- Family-owned Escondido shop
- Fair, transparent pricing
- Generations of repeat customers
- Honest diagnosis, no upselling
