A-1 Auto Repair & Transmission is a Hayward shop built around transmissions and driveline work. Ernesto leads the crew, working alongside Luis to figure out everything from a truck shaking at a stoplight to a transmission that needs a full rebuild.
We've rebuilt transmissions in everything from a 1998 Corvette to a 2007 Ford Ranger, replaced rear axles, fixed drive shaft u-joints, and swapped out fuel injectors, always walking you through what's actually wrong before we start the work.
When we quote a job, that's the number you pay when it's done. No surprise add-ons at pickup, just the repair we said we'd do for the price we said it would cost.
