From the business
In the shop's own words: “Prep-Obsessed Painting, Family-Run Since Day One”
D & A Custom Painting is a Hayward-based painting company led by owner Daniel, who's on site with his crew every day overseeing the work. We've built our reputation on the parts of a paint job most crews skip: pressure washing, caulking every gap, filling every crack, and spot-priming each nail to stop future rust before it starts.
We handle everything from full home exteriors to large commercial properties, including a two-story, 7,000-square-foot office building in Danville. Whatever the size of the job, we prep for days before a drop of paint goes on, then finish with two coats, sprayed and back-rolled.
Many of our clients call us back for a second or third house, and send us to their parents' homes, too. We walk the job with you before and after, and fix anything we missed on the spot.
- Owner on-site every day
- Meticulous prep: caulk, patch, spot-prime
- Repeat clients across generations
