From the business
In the shop's own words: “A Family Shop Built on Showing Its Work”
Chase Auto Tech is a father-and-son operation, Javier and Chris, working on cars in Moreno Valley. What sets us apart isn't just the repair, it's what happens before and after it: we text you updates as we go, send pictures and videos of what we find, and hand you the old part so you can see for yourself why it needed to come out.
That approach has carried us through everything from routine brake service to harder jobs: recovering a hydrolocked engine, running free overnight diagnostics on a hybrid we couldn't get to that day, and coaxing a 400,000-mile FJ Cruiser with every dashboard light lit up back into shape and through smog. We'd rather tell a customer their brakes are fine than sell them rotors they don't need.
We know most people only think about their mechanic when something's wrong. Our goal is to make that moment as clear and low-stress as possible: plain explanations, fair pricing, and no pressure.
