We're a Norco tire shop run by Juan Cervantes, and our whole approach comes down to one idea: tell people the truth. When a customer comes in for tires and asks us to check their brakes, we'll say so if the brakes still have life left. We'd rather earn your next visit than pad today's ticket.
We also move fast. Customers tell us they're in and out for a full set of four tires in about ten minutes, and when someone's stranded with a flat and every other shop in the area is booked solid, we've made room to help right then.
We work on more than the usual sedans and pickups. Trucks, Teslas, and even mini bikes come through our bay, and we handle tires, balancing, alignments, and brake checks with the same care no matter what pulls in.
