Precon Demolition is an Oxnard general contractor built around getting demolition and site work done carefully, not just quickly. Led by Jesse, the crew handles everything from tearing out an old patio and storage shed to demolishing and filling a full backyard pool, working around fences, irrigation, and landscaping so the rest of the property comes through untouched.
Every job gets a supervisor who checks the work before the crew leaves and calls to confirm the customer is satisfied. On more complex jobs, the team has gone beyond permit requirements to restore a yard to its original contours and protect features like exposed aggregate patios and ground cover.
