JBR Towing is a Sacramento-based towing company run out of Austin Street, and we keep the phone on 24 hours a day, every day of the year. Breakdowns don't schedule themselves — most of our calls come from people who have already tried a few other numbers and are standing on a shoulder somewhere in the rain. John takes those calls personally. He quotes a price before the truck rolls, gives an honest arrival time, and follows up to make sure you actually got help. Sometimes that means a tow to your shop of choice; sometimes it means a jump start or a quick diagnosis on the roadside and you drive away without paying for a tow at all.
