From the business
In the shop's own words: “Built on Precision, Trusted by San Diego”
Craftec Machine Shop & Welding handles the custom machining and welding jobs that keep San Diego running, from precision boring to structural repair work. We're a working shop on Imperial Ave, not a call center, so when you bring a piece in, the person quoting the job is the person who builds it.
Customers tell us the work comes back better than it went in, and that honesty on price matters as much as the finished piece. Small jobs get handled fast: call ahead, bring it by, and often you're back on the road the same visit.
We've got longtime customers who started coming to the shop as teenagers and still bring us their work today. That kind of return business is the only review score that matters to us.
- Honest, straightforward pricing
- Fast turnaround on small jobs
- Walk-ins welcome
- Trusted by longtime, repeat customers
