From the business
In the shop's own words: “The shop that tells you the truth”
At Ngai's Auto Repair on Hoff Street, we do things the old-fashioned way: you call, we answer, and we tell you exactly what your car needs and what it doesn't. Customers have walked in expecting a repair bill and walked out spending nothing, because if your car is fine, we'll say so and show you why. When work does need doing, we move fast. Brakes, rotors, shocks, bearings: most jobs are diagnosed within the hour and done the same day, at prices customers consistently call reasonable. That's how we've earned a 4.7-star rating from our San Francisco neighbors, one honest repair at a time.
- Honest assessments: if your car doesn't need work, we'll tell you
- Same-day turnaround on most repairs
- Fair, upfront pricing
- Talk directly to Andy when you call
