J&K Auto Body is run by Kevin and Juan, and when you bring your car in, you deal with them directly, not a service writer reading off a script. If a scratch can be buffed out instead of repainted, they will tell you that and save you the cost, the same way they did for a customer's Toyota Sienna while she waited.
We have taken on repairs other shops turned away. When one customer's car was hit hard enough that four other shops said there was nothing they could do, we asked for 24 hours to look it over properly, came back with real options, and walked her through every decision until the car was fixed. That is how we work: a plan you understand, updates as we go, and no surprises.
From color-matched paint touch-ups to full fender and bumper replacement, we treat every job, big or small, with the same attention. We even offer a ride home if your car needs to stay with us.
